उत्तर प्रदेश अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग [संक्षेप में UPSSSC] परीक्षा की तैयारी कर रहे उम्मीदवारों के लिए बड़ी खबर है।

UPSSSC यूपी के विभिन्न सरकारी विभागों में ग्रुप सी और ग्रुप डी पदों पर भर्ती के लिए राज्य स्तरीय परीक्षा आयोजित करता है।

चूंकि उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ग्रुप सी और ग्रुप डी भर्ती परीक्षाओं में धांधली को कम करने के लिए कुछ उपाय करने की कोशिश कर रही है।

तो, उत्तर प्रदेश अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग [संक्षेप में UPSSSC] ने भर्ती परीक्षा में बदलाव करते हुए दो स्तरीय परीक्षा प्रणाली शुरू की।

इसके तहत अब उम्मीदवारों को प्रारंभिक पात्रता परीक्षा (जिसे आमतौर पर UPSSSC PET कहा जाता है) देनी होगी, केवल UPSSSC PET उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद ही उम्मीदवार भर्ती के लिए आवेदन कर सकेंगे।

UPSSSC PET की वैधता एक वर्ष होगी। UPSSSC PET उत्तीर्ण करने वाले अभ्यर्थी एक वर्ष के लिए UPSSSC के तहत सभी ग्रुप सी पदों के लिए आवेदन कर सकेंगे। एक वर्ष के बाद, UPSSSC PET को फिर से उत्तीर्ण करना आवश्यक होगा।

यही नहीं, बदलावों के बाद से, अब उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन के समय आयोग के पोर्टल पर बार-बार अपने विवरण और दस्तावेज भरने या अपलोड नहीं करने होंगे।

UPSSSC PET क्या है?

UPSSSC द्वारा अपनाई गई नई दो-चरण परीक्षा प्रणाली में, पहले स्तर पर, आयोग यूपी में विभिन्न विभागों के अधीनस्थ सेवाओं के सभी प्रकार के पदों के लिए प्रारंभिक पात्रता परीक्षा आयोजित करेगा, जिसे आमतौर पर UPSSSC PET कहा जाता है।

UPSSSC की PET परीक्षा का आयोजन क्यों?

UPSSSC के अध्यक्ष, प्रवीर कुमार ने बताया कि पहले किसी विभाग में केवल 100 पदों पर भर्ती होनी होती थी, तब भी लाखों आवेदन आते थे। ऐसी स्थिति में, इतनी बड़ी संख्या में उम्मीदवारों के लिए परीक्षा को आयोजित करने में समस्या थी, इसलिए दो स्तर की परीक्षा आयोजित करने का नियम बनाया गया है।

UPSSSC PET, अब चयन प्रक्रिया क्या होगी?

नई दो-चरण परीक्षा प्रणाली के अनुसार, उम्मीदवार को यूपी में किसी भी सरकारी नौकरी के लिए चयनित होने के लिए तीन परीक्षा देनी होगी।

पहले प्रारंभिक पात्रता परीक्षा यानी PET पास होना चाहिए। इसके बाद, उसे मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए बैठना होगा। मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए, उम्मीदवार केवल UPSSSC PET में प्राप्त प्रतिशत के आधार पर आवेदन कर सकेंगे।

# नोट :: विज्ञापित पदों की संख्या के केवल 15 गुना, जिन उम्मीदवारों ने PET परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की है, उन्हें प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर तैयार की गई सूची से शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा, केवल वही उम्मीदवार मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

रिक्तियों के आधार पर, UPSSSC PET का प्रतिशत तय किया जाएगा और मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन मांगे जाएंगे। मुख्य परीक्षा के बाद, जहां आवश्यक होगा, कौशल परीक्षण या शारीरिक परीक्षा होगी।

UPSSSC PET के उम्मीदवारों को हर बार पूरा आवेदन नहीं भरना होगा।

अब तक, UPSSSC की किसी भी परीक्षा में एक उम्मीदवार के विफल होने पर, उसे आयोग की अन्य परीक्षा में आवेदन के लिए अपनी पूरी जानकारी और विवरण फिर से देना पड़ता था। इससे आवेदक के पैसे, मेहनत और समय दोनों बर्बाद होते थे।

लेकिन नई प्रणाली के तहत, पंजीकरण के बाद विवरण को बार-बार अपलोड नहीं करना होगा। अब इसके लिए KYC (अपने उम्मीदवार को जानो) किया जाने वाला है।

एक बार आवेदन करने के बाद, उम्मीदवार को बार-बार पूरा विवरण नहीं भरना होगा। यदि वह अपने आधार के छह नंबरों को प्रविष्ट करता है, तो उसका पूरा विवरण फॉर्म में स्वत: पूर्ण होगा। इस प्रक्रिया से उम्मीदवार को काफी सुविधा होगी।

इसके तहत, एक बार पंजीकरण के लिए, UPSSSC की वेबसाइट पर आवेदक को अपने आधार कार्ड की संख्या के अंतिम 8 अंक तथा व्यक्तिगत विवरण भरने होंगे।

साथ ही, अपनी शैक्षणिक योग्यता, श्रेणी और योग्यता आदि से संबंधित प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड करने होंगे। आवेदक समय-समय पर अपने उपयोगकर्ता प्रोफ़ाइल को अपडेट करने में भी सक्षम होंगे। एक बार पंजीकरण और आधार कार्ड नंबर के साथ लिंक करने के बाद, मूल विवरण जैसे नाम, पिता का नाम, जाति और जन्म तिथि, श्रेणी आदि को आवेदक द्वारा संशोधित नहीं किया जा सकेगा। यदि आवेदक के पास कोई अन्य उच्च शैक्षणिक योग्यता है, तो उसे अपडेट किया जा सकता है।

Under this, now the candidates have to take the Preliminary Eligibility Test (commonly called UPSSSC PET) first, only after passing the UPSSSC PET candidates will be able to apply for the recruitment.

The validity of the UPSSSC PET will be one year. Candidates who pass the UPSSSC PET will be able to apply for all the Group C posts under UPSSSC for one year. After one year, it will be necessary to pass UPSSSC PET again.

Not only this, since the changes, now candidates will not have to fill or upload their details and documents repeatedly on the Commission’s portal at the time of application.

What is UPSSSC PET?

In the new two-stage examination system adopted by UPSSSC, At the first level, the Commission will conduct Preliminary Eligibility Test, commonly called UPSSSC PET for all types of posts of subordinate services of various departments in UP.

The results of the preliminary examination (PET) will be declared on the basis of percentile score. On the basis of this score, the applicants for the main examination will be shortlisted. The preliminary examination will be held once a year. Once passed the PET, its score will be valid for three years, like the Teacher Eligibility Test, commonly called TET.

If someone clears UPSSSC PET in the first time, then he/she does not have to sit in the PET exam again. However, to improve the score of PET, the candidate can again appear in the examination. No maximum age limit has been fixed by the Commission for appearing in the PET.

Why UPSSSC Conducting PET Exam?

The chairman of the UPSSSC, Praveer Kumar, told that earlier there were lakhs of applications even if there were only 100 posts in department. In such a situation, there was a problem in conducting such a large number of candidates for examination, hence the rule has been made to conduct two level examination.

UPSSSC PET, Now what will be the selection process?

According to the new two-stage examination system, the candidate will have to take three exams to be selected for any government job in UP.

First Preliminary Eligibility Test i.e. PET has to be qualified. After this, he/she have to sit for the main exam. For the main examination, candidates will be able to apply only on the basis of percentage obtained in UPSSSC PET.

#Note:: Only 15 times the number of advertised posts, the candidates who have passed the PET examination will be shortlisted from the list prepared on the basis of the scores obtained, only those candidates can apply for the main examination.

Based on the vacancies, the percentage of UPSSSC PET will be decided and applications for the main examination will be sought. After the main examination, skill test or physical examination will be done where required.

UPSSSC PET candidates will not have to fill the entire application each time.

Till now, in case of failure of a candidate in any examination of the UPSSSC, he/she had to give his complete information and details again for application in the other examination of the Commission. This ruins the money, hard work and time of the applicant.

But under the new system, details will not have to be uploaded repeatedly after registration. Now KYC (Know your candidate) is going to be done for this.

Once the application is made, the candidate will not have to fill the complete details again and again. If he enters six numbers of his Aadhaar, his complete details will be autofilled in form. This process will greatly facilitate the candidate.

Under this, for one-time registration, the applicant has to fill the last 8 digits of the number of his Aadhaar card, personal details on the UPSSSC website.

Also, certificates related to your educational qualification, category and qualification etc. have to be uploaded. Applicant will also be able to update their user profile from time to time. After a one-time registration and linking with the Aadhar card number, the basic details such as name, father’s name, caste and date of birth, category etc. will not be modified by the applicant. If the applicant has any other higher educational qualification, the same can be updated.
