UPSSSC Forest Guard | Physical Standard Test
Candidates who will be qualifying the written test will be called to appear in the Physical Standard Test. PST will be qualifying in nature, the candidates will be expected to have the following physical measurements:

- There is a minimum of 5 cm expansion in the chest is mandatory for all male candidates.
- The male candidate has to complete a race of 25 KM in 04 Hours with 10 kg weight
- Female candidates have to complete 14 KM race in 04 Hours along with 10 Kg weight also.
After completing all the tests aspirants will be checked whether they are medically fit or not as per the scale of Medical Test for the post of UPSSSC Vanrakshak.
