Overview of UP B.Ed JEE 2020 Exam
UP B.Ed JEE is a state-level entrance exam conducted for providing admission to eligible candidates in the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course offered at various colleges in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Every year, the Government of Uttar Pradesh gives the responsibility of conducting the UP B.Ed JEE exam to different universities. In 2019, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU), Bareilly, conducted the joint B.Ed entrance exam. However, in 2020, the exam will be conducted by Lucknow University.
The exam is conducted once a year typically in the month of April. The UP B.Ed JEE 2020 notification is expected to be released by Lucknow University soon.

UP B.Ed JEE 2020 || Exam Pattern
First of all, you must know the pattern & the marking scheme of the UP B.Ed entrance exam. Same as last year the entrance exam will comprise 2 objective test papers. Paper 1 consists of 2 parts namely A. General Knowledge (compulsory) and B. Language. Paper 2 also consists of 2 parts which are A. General Knowledge and B. Subject Ability.

UP B.Ed JEE 2020 || Paper 1 Exam Pattern
The first UP B.Ed JEE question paper consists of two sections – General Knowledge and Language. In section-B, candidates have the option of choosing either English or Hindi language. Both the sections contain 50 questions each of total 200 marks. Candidates need to complete the exam in a duration of three hours.

UP B.Ed JEE 2020 || Paper 2 Exam Pattern
Similar to paper-I, the second UP B.Ed JEE question paper also consists of two sections – General Aptitude Test and Subject Knowledge. In the section of Subject Knowledge, candidates have the option of choosing either Arts, Science, Commerce or Agriculture at the time of filling the UP B.Ed JEE application form. Both the sections contain 50 questions each of total 200 marks. Candidates need to complete the exam in three hours duration.

- All the questions will be of Objective type question. There is no additional weightage to any specific section or part of the test paper in terms of marking scheme.
- All the questions in both the test papers will carry 2 marks for each correct answer.
- As per the Negative Marking Scheme, 1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
