SSC CPO SI/ASI 2022 Paper-I Exam will be conducted from 29th September 2022 to 5th October 2022.
SSC CPO Sub-Inspector/Assistant Sub-Inspector written examination consists of 4 sections in total. The total marks for all these sections are 200 and the total duration of the exam is 02 hours. ( 120 Minutes) and a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. The section-wise exam pattern for the SSC CPO SI/ASI exam preparation is as follows:

SSC CPO SI/ASI 2022 Paper-II | Exam Pattern
This is an Online based objective Multiple choice Type examination consisting of 200 marks in 2 hours of time duration. This exam will test your English Language & Comprehension skills. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-II. Paper-II of SSC CPO SI/ASI is for those who have cleared Paper- I & PET/PST.

This is an online-based examination consisting of 200 marks in 2 hours of time duration. This exam will test your understanding and knowledge of English Language & Comprehension skills.

SSC CPO SI/ASI 2022 | Medical Tests & Standards
Eye test: Without glasses, the minimum distance vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 and myopia should be N6 and N9 of two eyes. This will be a comprehensive eye exam and will include tests such as near sight vision, distant sight vision, and Iris checkup. Candidates are not allowed to wear any contact lenses on the exam day as the officers will check them by rubbing their eyes. The candidate must have a high color vision and should not have narrowed eyes.
Lasik surgery: Candidates undergone LASIK surgery are excluded from medical examination. However, a doctor cannot determine whether a candidate has undergone LASIK surgery or not until he or she accepts it. It can only be identified by testing on machines, and doctors performing SSC-CPO medical tests are not allowed to do so. So answer honestly.
Color blindness test: Candidates would be asked to read the numbers in the color dotted book to check the color blindness.
Knock knee and Flat foot Tests – Knock Knee testing is done to determine whether a candidate’s knees touch each other when standing at a 90-degree angle. In that case, the candidate will be immediately disqualified. The flatfoot test examines the shape & size of a candidate’s foot. It should have a curved shape. If the foot is flat and not curved, the candidate will be disqualified.
Collection of urine samples: This is like a regular test.
Perform tests to check fluid sensitivity of nose, ears, mouth, and teeth.
Blood tests – Check your hemoglobin, sexually transmitted diseases, and other diseases and blood count report.
Physical examination of the body: In this test candidate’s whole body examined thoroughly, Officials also check the candidate’s BP value, the balanced weight & and height, BMI.
Chest Radiography(X-Ray): This test is not for female candidates as they do not have any check criteria.
Hand movement test: Candidates must have effective hand movement and correct hand carrying angle.
Tattoos: Tattoos will only be allowed under the following conditions:
- Content: Being a secular country, Tattoos depicting religious symbols or figures and names are permitted, as in the Indian Army.
- Position: Traditional body positions are allowed, such as tattoos marked on the inner sides of the forearm, but only the left forearm, being non-soluting limbs, or back of the hands.
- Size: The size must be smaller than 1/4 of the specific part of the body (elbow or arm).
In SSC CPO Medical Examination apart from above, there are following small measures which are also done by officials so you have to recheck them before appearing for SSC CPO medical test:
- Ear check: (don’t forget to clean your ears before medical examination)
- Teeth: the teeth must be properly clean and countable.
- Varicose veins: These veins are located from the feet to the stomach. These are responsible for Varicocele.
- Arms: your arms must be properly mobile.
- Hydrocele and piles problem should not be present.
- Backbone: the backbone must be in the straighten order.
